INTERNET CUSTOMER LIGHTING TEXT

In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation of Illumination, this lighting text has been prepared by Kardelen İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. located at Yukarı Dudullu Mah.Keyap Cad. No:21-23 Ümraniye/ISTANBUL, as the Data Controller.

The personal data of customers visiting the "kardelentekstil.com.tr" website belonging to Kardelen İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ; "name-surname, T.C identity number (only for sales), phone number, address, email address, date of birth, gender, invoice, credit card details (only for sales)" are processed for the purposes of executing goods and services sales processes, conducting communication activities, financial and accounting activities, managing advertisement, campaign and promotion activities, handling request-suggestion and complaint tracking processes, and managing logistics activities.

The personal data collected by filling out the relevant parts of the website is collected based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; "explicit consent, legislatively prescribed, directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, necessary for the Data Controller to fulfill its legal obligations, necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the concerned person,".

The personal data processed by Kardelen İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and mentioned above is transferred to "Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations", for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from the provisions of the relevant legislation and resolving legal disputes, to "Lawyer" for legal affairs monitoring and execution, to "Accountant-Financial Advisor" for the execution of financial and accounting activities, and to "Logistics Company" for the execution of logistics activities.

The above data is transferred based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; "necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, necessary for the Data Controller to fulfill its legal obligations."

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights.

- To learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, to request the notification of the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in case of your personal data that has been processed incompletely or incorrectly have been corrected or your personal data has been deleted or destroyed, to object to the results of the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems that you believe produce unfavorable results for you, and to demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

According to the provisions of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, you can notify your requests regarding your rights mentioned in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in writing to the address of the Data Controller Kardelen İş Elbiseleri San.
