Return and Exchange Terms

 

Attention: Always provide your order number in all communications regarding your order. Products sold will not be accepted for return except under the conditions below.

1. If the sold product (*) is defective,

2. Compensation for damage incurred during transportation by the courier company (**) will be covered by us if the product is not accepted by the recipient and the damage is identified.

(*) To accept your request regarding issues with products (Problems not detectable during delivery are included);

a) If the invoice is issued in your name and you are not a taxpayer, the invoice and delivery note issued to you; if you are a taxpayer or have had the order invoice issued to your company, you must send the relevant invoice and delivery note with the product(s) you will return.

b) The return process must be initiated within two days following the delivery date.

c) Returned products must be sent back with the company used for the delivery.

d) After evaluating the grounds for return and if it complies with the conditions listed above, defective products will be replaced with new ones. In such a case, all costs of the return and resending phases will be borne by us. If the return does not meet the conditions above, all costs of the return process will be borne by the customer.

(**) For issues caused by the delivery company; damaged packages should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the delivery company. If the delivery company representative thinks the package is not damaged, you have the right to have the package opened there and confirm that the products are delivered undamaged and request this state to be determined via a report. However, once the package is accepted by you, the responsibility is considered fulfilled by the delivery company. If the package is not accepted and a report is filed, the situation should be reported to us as soon as possible with a copy of the report. A new and healthy delivery will be ensured by us as soon as possible.

Warranty Terms

All products sold on our site are under the warranty of the manufacturer/importer companies. You can return the product within seven (7) days from the delivery date without damaging or using the product and without affecting its resale condition by providing a reason. However, during the return of the product, it must be delivered along with the invoice, return form, the product's box, packaging, and any accessories completely and without damage. If any of these rules are incomplete, the product return will not be accepted. If the product is returned in accordance with the return conditions, the product amount will be refunded. The reflection of the refund on your account may take 1-3 weeks depending on the bank you are working with. Payments made via wire transfer are reflected in the account at latest within one week.

Before sending the product, select the "Return Form" under the "Topics" section under "Contact" on our website, and provide your reason to reach us. Subsequently, the product return form will be sent to your email address. You need to fill out this form and send it back to us. This form will be reviewed by the Technical Service Department and approval will be provided to you. Return the product after you receive this approval.

Send the products to be returned to the Technical Service Department immediately after approval. There is no charge for product returns sent with the Contracted Courier. Counter-paid shipments carried out with other courier companies will not be accepted; in such shipments, the courier fee is borne by the sender.

Consumer Rights

Our company anticipates and commits to act in accordance with the provisions of the law on the Protection of Consumers numbered 4077, amended with Law numbered 4822.

Order Cancellation

You can contact your customer representative to cancel your order and perform the cancellation process. A refund following the cancellation process will be completed within 3 (three) business days after the cancellation request.
