INFORMATION TEXT FOR INTERNET CUSTOMER

This clarification text has been prepared by Kardelen İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., residing at the address Yukarı Dudullu Mah.Keyap Cad. No:21-23 Ümraniye/ISTANBUL, in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification.

Personal data of customers visiting the website “kardelentekstil.com.tr” of Kardelen İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., including “first and last name, Turkish ID number (only for sales), phone number, address, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, invoice, credit card information (only for sales)”, are processed for purposes such as carrying out the processes of the sale of goods and services, conducting communication activities, finance and accounting activities, managing advertising, campaign and promotional activities, handling the process of requests, suggestions and complaints, and managing logistics activities.

The personal data specified under Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; are collected by filling in the relevant parts of the website based on legal grounds such as “explicit consent, foreseen in laws, being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, being mandatory for the data processing for the establishment, use, or protection of the legal rights of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant individual”.

The personal data processed by Kardelen İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and mentioned above, are transferred to “Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations” for the purpose of fulfilling obligations originating from the relevant legislative provisions and resolving legal disputes, to “Attorney” for the purpose of following and executing legal affairs, to “Accountant-Financial Advisor” for conducting financial and accounting operations, and to “Logistics Company” for logistics operations.

The aforementioned data is transferred based on the legal grounds stipulated in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; “being mandatory for the establishment, use, or protection of a right, being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations”.

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights.

-To learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if your personal data is processed, learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, request notification to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred about the correction or deletion or destruction of your personal data, object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, if you believe that a result related to you is obtained through analysis of your data processed solely by automated systems, request compensation for the damage if you incur damage because your personal data is processed illegally.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit your requests related to your rights specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 by writing to the address Kardelen İş Elbiseleri San.
